Before we print it, you’ll get to review it and request unlimited changes until it’s paw-fectly right – no rush, take your time! ⏰

 Once you approve it, we’ll get to printing and shipping it your way! Since each portrait is created just for you (and your pet’s one-of-a-kind charm), we can’t accept returns. But if your portrait arrives with a ruff surprise (like damage or defect), just let us know within 2 days and we’ll send you a replacement, no problem! 🙌
